Expression Encoder can be run in a batch from the command-line also, BTW. By default, the profile will basically encode a high version and low version, but for best results you'll want to decide how many levels of stepping you want. I'm running Windows 7 圆4 so I installed IIS Media Services 3.0 64-bit, but you can certainly install IIS Media Services for 32-bit also. (Remember, if you've just installed IIS, shut down Skype as it grabs port 80 if it gets there first.
